Our aim is to provide the services you want so while this site sells numbers from our regular supplier we will vary our suppliers according to the options you want. To that effect please note that not all optional services are available with all types of numbers or suppliers and that additional charges may apply so if you need something special please contact us and we will try to source what you want.

Automated Attendant/Virtual Switchboard* - An automated attendant can prompt your callers to select the destination of their call e.g. press 1 for sales, 2 for support etc. switchboard services

Divert on Busy* - Never miss another potential order or enquiry ever again. From now on, whenever your telephone is engaged, all calls will be diverted to another number of your choice.

Divert on No Answer* - If for any reason your number is unanswered, after a predetermined time, your call will automatically be diverted to a second number of your choice.

Divert to Mobile Phone* - the find-me/follow-me services of our WorldCall numbers allow your number to divert in a hunt group of up to seven numbers which can include your home, office and mobile phone.

International Divert* - If you have an office overseas, or if you are an international business who wants a virtual presence in the UK, we can permanently divert your number to your international office. Additional call charges may apply - please contact us for details.

Time of Day/Day of Week Routing* - We are able to offer separate day, evening and weekend divert programmes.

Integrated Messaging* - Forward your unanswered and out of hours calls to voicemail. Messages may be collected by telephone or forwarded to you as an email attachment.

Memorable numbers* - choose your own number, including prestigue numbers for budgets of £25 to over £5000!

Information Line* - If you're a school, charity, club or business you can set up your own information line for you to provide recorded information to your members or customers so you can save costs by not tying up your staff answering routine enquiries. There's no need to rent additional lines, you don't need to buy announcement equipment and our system can answer hundreds of calls simultaneously.

Area Linking - This fantastic service allows calls from different parts of the UK to be delivered to your specific regional locations. This service can be combined with all other optional facilities, thereby ensuring maximum efficiency for your business.

Conference Calling - You can save money with your own personal conference number. Each party pays only 8p per minute compared to 22p per min with BT's MeetMe service.

Premium Rate Numbers - we can also provide 0844, 0700 and 0900 premium rate numbers from 10p to £1 per minute. Please contact us with your requirements.

Number Porting - if you already have a number, we have porting arrangements with many suppliers so you can port it to us free of charge and benefit from our great rates. Please request our porting form.

Directory Entry - don't forget to advertise your new number in yellow pages, Thompson Local and directory enquiries. When you buy a number from us we can arrange your business entry free of charge, just let us know if you want this service.

Changed Number Announcement - if you already publish a contact number we recommend you ask BT for Caller Redirect also known as CNI which will inform callers that your number has now changed. The charge by BT for this service is £25 p/qtr and can be activated by calling 152 for BT Business Sales.
