Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise advised at time of order, all numbers are sold on a minimum 90 day contract. Subscriptions may be cancelled or your number ported to another supplier with whom our telecoms service provider has a porting agreement after this minimum term with one months written notice.
We want you to be happy with our services so if you are not satisfied and we cannot resolve your issue you may cancel at anytime.
All telephone numbers are provided on condition that they are used for at least 10 minutes in any 90 day period. If numbers are not used they may be withdrawn with due notice given.
Outpayments are made quarterly on calls received. The minimum monthly usage threshold to qualify for outpayment is £10 per account. Rate changes are posted on this website. Applicable WorldCall call termination fees require pre-payment from within your online account which is setup when you join.
Payment Options
We accept payment by the following:
- Online via credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Swich and Solo)
- Payment by Nochex transfer
- Payment via PayPal transfer
- By post via cheque
Payment by Credit Card
Our preferred method of payment is via credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or debit card (Switch or Solo) through either Nochex’s or PayPal's 128bit secure server. You do not need a Nochex or paypal account to complete your purchase.
Before ordering please note that for your and our protection our credit card security is very strict and payment is only accepted when your ordering name, billing address, credit card number and security code all match that held by your credit card issuer. Furthermore your billing address must match your location when ordering and the country of issue of your card i.e. we accept orders from UK issued credit cards only when the order is placed from a UK internet connection.
Paying by credit card is a simple yet secure method of buying services via the internet. We use PaySystems because it provides a simple method of collecting ongoing subscription charges for our services. Please rest assured that at no time are we able to view your credit card number and you are free to cancel your subscription at anytime (subject of course to our minimum contract period).
Please note that your purchase will be shown as 'PayPal - Lamtha2 Consulting' on your credit card statement.
Refunds
It is your responsibility to order the correct product for your requirements. Refunds can only be offered where our service has not met our promise. In all other cases refunds will be available only within 7 days of order and will be subject to a £10 administration fee.
With the exception of WorldCall services, our products are not currently subject to VAT.
Limited Liability
As a reseller of telecommunications services we have no liability of any sort (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of other providers of telecommunications services or for faults in or failures of their networks and equipment.
Non-geographic numbers are offered without responsibility for services offered thereon. PRS service providers must agree to be bound by all prevailing regulation regarding their use. Please see guidelines at PhonepayPlus.
Our liability to you or any third party in any circumstance is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you pay to us in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to liability, and (b) £1.
