How will I be billed for calls?
WordCall is a pre-pay system - your account is managed by you online and you choose where you want to divert your calls to and top up your account to cover any additional call charges incurred. Most payment methods are accepted.
Number rental is payable semi-annually in advance plus VAT. Free call credit is for delivery to UK landlines only. Per second billing applies, min 20 seconds. Charges for calls received must be pre-paid for - automatic top up facility is available. Calls are delivered to existing telephone lines. Your existing number will continue to work.
